Bishoy is the kindest most helpful sales person!

I am from Pennsylvania and contacted M Auto Group with interest in one of their cool jeeps for sale. I was fortunate enough to have Bishoy contact me as a sales person. VERY professional, informative, and helpful to say the least. We spoke via email daily for approximately 10 days. Unfortunately for me, I was unable to close the deal because of coordinating my bank withdraw and 2 1/2 hour drive to make the purchase. I was sad that someone beat me to the great deal he was offering, but thankful to have met such a kind human in the process! Bishoy is top shelf! The other thing that really stuck out to me about this place is the “NO dealer fees”! It is RIDICULOUS what other places add on to the purchase of a used vehicle. Some add several hundred or more for paperwork and processing fees. WHO has the extra $ for THAT CRAP?!? Not this girl 😁 Thank you again Bishoy for all your time and effort. I appreciate you!!

Amazing Experience

Traded in my daughter's sweet sixteen Jeep. This team was amazing to work with. We live in PA, we were able to work through the trade in details virtually. Went in, did the test drive and made the purchase. Israel was super friendly, knowledgeable and was just all round great to work with.

New family van

My wife and I were in the market for a minivan and we saw a listing we liked at M Auto Group. We called to schedule a test drive (and to confirm the vehicle was still in inventory). Our sales rep was pleasant and easy to deal with. The sales process was straightforward and hassle free. We were able to settle on price, understand what options were available (financing, services, etc.) , and purchase the vehicle without a drawn-out sales process. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you see something on their lot that you like.

Excellent Customer Service- 100% Recommended

Just bought a vehicle from them. I had been to two dealers before finding them. Prior dealers had poor customer service and was forcing / adding other fees to the vechicle that we didn't agreed to. Dax was amazing, very calm, understanding and made the experience so pleasant. I couldn't believe how easy it was to purchase my new vehicle from these guys. Kudos to Bishoy for going extra miles in pleasing us and in accomodating ALL our requests. I highly recommend M Auto Group and would definitely use them again! Thanks so much!

These guys are the real deal

Searched for awhile for the EXACT car I wanted. A lil skeptical about buying on line; I searched many sites, and was led to M Auto group. Verified and promoted by Car Gurus, I decided to check these guys out. I must say, I was pleasantly impressed. Now for those who “keep it real”, these are used cars!!! But....these are quality used cars with honest up front information. Having a Carfax backing, good mileage and a excellent price, I dedicated myself to doing business with these guys. Remember: these are USED cars , but with some knowledge and a mechanic who assisted me, I walked away with the car of my dreams!!! I only had one discrepancy, in which was addressed with a lil money off, and a deal was made. So with that, it was the crew who made it happen. Big respect to “Izzy” Bishoy “ and Da X. I would definitely recommend this group and business. Thanks guys!!!!

2008 Maserati Gran Turismo

Car purchase

Great guys extremely accommodating. I was looking for a bmw 650 grande coupe and was shopping on line and came across 3m. They had several high end vehicles that caught my attention I spoke with Bishoy we worked out a fantastic number on the car probably too good a number (I left happier then him) but the guys there are friendly down to earth and willing to work out a deal. I would definitely purchase another car from them. The car had small bubble on the tire and the valve stem of another tire was leaking bad. He replaced the tire and valve stem with a brand new tire. Good energy there

Happy Customer

So one day I was searching for a Jeep Wrangler, my dream car then BAM!! I found my dream car, placed an inquiry and Bishoy called me back quickly. He took down my information and a few moments later the main man Jimmy called me and said the Wrangler was mine and I almost peed my pants because I was so happy! I get there, Bish and Jimmy had the car ready to go. The process was quick, seamless, and they made me feel welcomed which a lot of other places did not do. What more can I say??? Dax and his team are amazing!!! Things got off on the wrong foot in the very beginning.... But, Dax has proven to me that he is a man of his word. Tbh my credit isn't the greatest but that didn't stop Dax from going back and forth with the bank to get me within my budget. My Experience

I purchased a Mercedes GLK-350 December 20 Upon taking it home I noticed and smelled an oil and gas leak... Somewhat expected on a vehicle of over 100,000 miles (nothing for a Mercedes) Outside of the leaks the engine was running great. I went on the 3M website and sent a text to customer support Minutes later I received a response asking to take my vehicle in for service. WoW! Met up with Bernard at East Coast Service, Elizabeth, NJ and his automotive engineer Rich ( This guy is 100% on top of his game) Rich identified the multifaceted issues ( oil leak and gas leak) and corrected the problems. I recall expressing my concern about purchasing a used vehicle to my sales person, Ariel, (used car sales people will say anything to move a car) but Ariel assured me that they stand 100 percent behind their vehicles. Thus far I have to say that this has been true. Actions speak volumes! I am a man that takes words s serious as life itself... Ariel and his team are TRUE! I want to thank 3M Auto Group and East Coat Service for their professionalism, these days this is difficult to come by. I will definitely recommend 3M Auto Group to my friends. THAT'S MY WORD!

2006 Monte Carlo SS Loaded

Dax, the owner is the person we dealt with. I went there just to look around. We went ro see a Camaro for my Son and wound up buying this SS. My Son and I both fell in love it, as we did with the Dax. We also got a very fair buy. He has a passion for his cars as all us car guys do. We felt like family as soon as we met Dax. He was a pleasure to sit and do business with and being Latino all we needed was food at the table to feel like home. I recommend anyone do business with this man/ 3M auto group.
